The mission of Current Meter Calibration Laboratory(CMCL) calibrates cup-type current meters of the Water Resources Agency of Ministry of Economic Affairs and all the subsidiary organizations. The laboratory was built in 1976, equipped with electric calibration cart. In 2001 it has updated into wireless-control calibration cart and has been operated since then (as shown in Figure 1).

CMCL (certified number: 1707 , as shown in Figure 2) laboratory of the calibration field is designed according to international standard ISO 3455(2007) and ISO 17025(2017). CMCL has been identify by Taiwan Accreditation Foundation(TAF) in Feb. 16th, 2007. In Apr. 15th, 2019, it finished the fourth extension of the certification, which has expanded the validity till year Apr. 14th, 2022 (certificate number: L1707-190415, as shown in Figure 3) with the calibration range of 0.3~6m/sec.
